Leslie N. Mann joined the firm on November 5, 2010 and the name of the firm was changed to Mackie Wolf Zientz & Mann, P.C. Leslie was admitted to the Arkansas bar in 1995; the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas in 1996; and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee in 2005. Leslie is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. She served as chair of the USFN Bankruptcy Committee from 2005-2007 and was awarded the USFN Committee Chair of the Year in 2007. Leslie also served as the co-Chair of the NACTT Mortgage Liaison Committee for several years and helped draft the NACTT Best Practices for Trustees and Servicers in Chapter 13 Cases. Prior to joining MWZM, Leslie was a partner with Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C. in Little Rock, Arkansas where she managed that firm’s Bankruptcy Legal Departments in Arkansas and Tennessee.
