Jonathan Patrick Sellers

J. P. Sellers joined the firm in August of 2012 and serves as the Managing Attorney for the firm’s Arkansas and Tennessee Foreclosure Departments. He is a native of Vilonia, Arkansas. He was admitted to the State Bar of Arkansas in 2009 and the State Bar of Tennessee in 2012. He received his B.A. from the University of Central Arkansas and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. His practice focuses on creditor’s rights in foreclosure, eviction and asset recovery actions. Mr. Sellers is a frequent speaker and panelist at mortgage banking conferences and continuing legal education seminars on the topics of Foreclosure and Real Estate Title. He is an alumnus of the Arkansas Bar Association Leadership Academy. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Debtor-Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas, and the Tennessee Bar Association.
