La’Quisha Berliner joined MWZM in May 2012 and currently serves as the Texas Foreclosure Manager. Her operational responsibilities include oversight of the referral/intake team, client service functions (incoming client/borrower calls and correspondence), all client vendor system oversight, outbound legal correspondence management, case management platform maintenance, and servicing compliance for the Texas production team. She is well versed in industry and client default servicing requirements for the full range of loan types (FHA/VA; GSEs; Texas Home Equity; HECM; private). La’Quisha’s background of industry experience through her tenure at the firm includes a wide spectrum of mortgage default exposure, covering foreclosure, bankruptcy, evictions, and compliance.
