Michael W. Zientz has been representing the top mortgage servicers and investors in the United States since 1998. Michael grew up in Miami, Florida, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994 with a B.A. in government and obtained his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997. Michael is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, American Bar Association, Texas Bar and Florida Bar. Michael has a broad spectrum of experience appearing on behalf of his clients in district, county and probate courts across Texas. Mr. Zientz is a frequent speaker and panelist at mortgage banking/servicing conferences on relevant legal topics including:
