Philip Counce, Jr.
Philip Counce, Jr. is an associate attorney at the law firm of Mackie Wolf Zientz & Mann, P.C. He was born and raised in the Memphis area. He received his B.A. from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and later earned his Juris Doctorate from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR. Philip began practicing law in 2013 and spent over 11 years advocating for debtors as a consumer bankruptcy attorney. He is admitted to practice in the state of Tennessee as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Tennessee and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
