Sarah Sibley Cox joined Mackie Wolf Zientz & Mann, P.C. in August 2022 as a Senior Attorney in the Litigation Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah was with the Office of Chief Counsel for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Sarah has represented mortgage lenders and servicers for the majority of her career, and has focused on default servicing, foreclosure, mortgage litigation, probate, and creditor bankruptcy.

Sarah is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is licensed in the federal district and bankruptcy courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas.
