Sarah Murphy McDaniel

Sarah McDaniel is a native of El Dorado, Arkansas. She earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas in 2009 and earned her Juris Doctorate with Honors in 2012 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. Her practice focuses on mortgage creditors’ rights in bankruptcy. She is admitted to practice in Arkansas and Tennessee, and she is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Arkansas Bar Association, where she previously served on the Law Related Education Committee. Ms. McDaniel is also a member of the Debtor-Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas, where she currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer. Ms. McDaniel’s previous experience includes representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies at one of the largest bankruptcy firms in Arkansas.
