Our Team

Susan Page joined MWZM in August 2012 and currently serves as Invoicing Manager. She has nearly 15 years of experience in the mortgage default industry. She is a proud member of ALFN WILL and often writes for the quarterly WILLed publications. Her operational responsibilities include managing and supporting the Firm’s invoicing analyst team, maintaining an updated set of invoicing guidelines for the entire Firm’s knowledge and use, as well as leading and developing her team’s continued improvement in quality control, performance metrics, and customer service. Susan frequently communicates with Firm management, in each line of business, to ensure that systems are updated for mapping and synchronization, in order to reduce invoicing errors, create value for our clients, and successful cash flow for our Firm.
